Returns & Exchanges

HNY Bikinis wants our customers to be IN LOVE with their purchases. We are more than understanding of the struggles that come with online shopping so this page is to help make sure your order is correct and you are completely satisfied with your HNY purchase. 


1 ~ Try on your garments over your underwear. 
2 ~ Take unwanted products & check the tag/hygiene sticker to ensure that they are all attached in its original condition. Place your items back into the product bag. 
3 ~ Read our Terms & Conditions of Purchase Returns/Exchanges (below) to avoid any confusion, mistakes, and processing delays. 
4 ~ Email customer service requesting a return form. Fill out your return form. Make sure ALL sections are COMPLETED to ensure a quick & easy process.
5 ~ Mail back to address provided. Shipping method is left to the customers' discretion, as well as the shipping company. We do strongly suggest that you obtain a return tracking number as we DO NOT take responsibility for lost returns/exchanges.

6 ~ Once the Items arrive back with HNY Bikinis you will receive an email confirmation that your items have been refunded or your store credit is ready for use. 


~ Sale Items or discounted items with a promo code are not eligible for a Refund. 

~ ALL items are eligible for Exchange or Store Credit - No exceptions. 

~ Items bought with a discount code will be issued a store credit for an exchange. We do not allow a new or additional discount code to repurchase. 

~  We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping. All credits are given of the full price value of the item minus the shipping cost of the order. 

~ Unworn items must be returned in original packaging with hygiene liner still attached, Honey Bikinis tags, and garment bag. We can and will refuse to refund your items if the hygiene stickers & tags have been removed or tampered with. 

~ We strongly suggest you try on your Honey Bikinis items over your underwear due to hygiene reasons, once you're satisfied with the fit, remove all sticker and tags, and enjoy your Honey Bikini. 

~ If items are received back with removed, tampered with or in a non-resealable condition you will be charged with a $20 fee which will be deducted from your item cost for the damages of the item because we can not add this item back into our inventory. Resulting in a company loss & a store credit will be issued. Honey Bikinis reserves the right to refuse to refund a customer for hygiene related issues. 

~ If garment bags are not returned there is a $10 fee deducted from your store credit.

~ The customer is responsible to send back items to the address provided with the Returns Form filled out COMPLETELY with the order number. Exchanges will be given store credits for the price of the item to repurchase your desired items by placing a new order online.

~ Returns & Exchanges are processed within 2 business days after the item is received and inspected. A confirmation email will be sent when your item has had it store credit applied or exchanged and returned. 

~ Unfortunately, mistakes happen. If you come across a fault in your item which you constitute as a manufacturing fault & not a customer care fault, please contact our customer service team. Your claim should include a clear photo so our team can assess the issue to the best of our ability.
